1. Only registered affiliates will be provided with an ID and will be due commissions on Sales.
2.Registration may be withdrawn at any time. Generally speaking we would only withdraw a registration because of abuse - including, but not limited to, the following:
- the sending of unsolicited (spam) emails bearing our name or links
- making dishonest claims about our services. Only facts confirmed by email or collected from our own website are acceptable
- associating our name with any industries we deem disreputable.
3. We use a shopify extension (Refersion) to operate our affiliate program. It is a condition of our program that you accept the workings of this software as true and fair; by all accounts it is. We recommend that you visit their website if you have any concerns.
4. Only methods compatible with this software are acceptable as valid promotions.
5. The copyright for all images and banners provided for download remains with Eric Thomas & Associates.
6. Commissions due to Affiliates will only be paid through a Paypal account.
7. Commissions due to Affiliates will be calculated on a calendar month basis. For us, a sale occurs when we receive the non-refundable deposit from the customer. Payments will be sent to the registered Paypal account by day 10 of the following month.
8. Please note: Super-affiliates will be offered increased commission rates and improved terms on the above two items.
9. We seek to avoid any disputes about commissions due. We therefore encourage all affiliates to check their own data regularly and to query any differences with us should any arise.
10. We reserve the right to change commission rates. We will notify all Affiliates of changes at least 10 days before they take affect.
